Maff Rigby - founder
Maff has over 12 years experience cutting his teeth in various IT support and operational management roles. Before founding IT SmartDesk he has spearheaded a number of ITSM tool implementations as well as ITIL adoption within both small and large organisations.
Maff runs the business and operations side of IT SmartDesk, whilst also getting involved in coding and developing the product.
Mike Simmons - co-founder
Mike has a long history in systems technical support and development. He has been developing software for around 10 years and has been responsible for producing numerous high-availablity, high-load web applications.
Mike runs the development and technology side of IT SmartDesk.
