The Dashboard is a simple one-page view of the status of your IT SmartDesk. You can see the status of all Incidents, Bugs and Questions, check your notifications and see who is online.
Click through to see more information on the open, answered, resolved and closed items within your IT SmartDesk. You can also view items that are assigned to you.
Notifications are a simple way of letting you know that something has happened to an item you’re involved with. The notification bell will light up and show any new notifications.
You can see who else is currently logged in to IT SmartDesk from the dashboard. Click on their name to view their profile.
You can raise a new Incident, Bug, or ask a Question directly from the dashboard by clicking on the icons at the top left of the page.
